Terms of Use

Effective date: 8 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Miastivo at events.sergiocarcamo.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

What Miastivo provides

Miastivo helps people discover events, classes, concerts, and activities in covered cities. Listings are compiled from organizers, venues, ticket sellers, public calendars, and other sources. Miastivo is not the event organizer, ticket seller, or agent for those parties.

Event details and ticket purchases

Event times, prices, availability, venue details, and other information can change. We work to keep listings useful, but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or error-free. Check the linked official organizer or ticket seller before making plans or buying a ticket. Any purchase is made directly with the external provider and is governed by that provider’s terms.

External links and affiliate links

Links to organizers, venues, ticket sellers, maps, calendars, and other services are provided for convenience. Those services are independent of Miastivo, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. Some links are affiliate links and are labeled; if you use one, Miastivo may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt it or other visitors. Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service, submit malicious material, or use automated tools to copy or collect site content at scale without permission.

Content and corrections

Event names, descriptions, photographs, logos, and other materials may belong to their organizers or other rights holders. Miastivo does not claim ownership of third-party materials. If you own or represent rights in material displayed here and believe it should be corrected or removed, please contact us with the page URL and details.

Availability and liability

We may update, remove, or temporarily restrict parts of the site. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Miastivo is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes; the latest version and effective date will appear here. For questions, use the Contact page.
