This policy explains how Miastivo handles information when you visit events.sergiocarcamo.com. Miastivo is an event discovery guide. We list events and link to their organizers or ticket sellers; we do not sell tickets or require an account to browse.
Who operates Miastivo
Miastivo is operated by Sergio Carcamo. You can contact the operator using the Contact page; a public postal address is not provided.
Information we handle
- Basic request and security information. When a page is requested, the web server and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, request time, and requested URL to deliver and protect the service.
- Preferences. We store selected language, your browser’s time zone, and event IDs you choose to save so pages can show your preferences and saved events. Saved events are stored in a browser cookie and are not connected to a Miastivo account.
- Analytics, if enabled. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, browser/device details, and event or city context associated with actions. Analytics consent is off by default in our consent controls. You can change your choice using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Google’s processing is also subject to its Privacy Policy.
- Contact messages. If you use the Contact form, we store the name, email address, selected topic, message, and submission time in the site database so the operator can review and respond. Do not include sensitive information. Access is limited to the site administrator.

Essential preference storage supports requested site features. Analytics storage is optional. Google’s tag may be loaded to apply consent controls; when analytics is denied, Google Consent Mode may send limited signals without analytics cookies. You can reject or later change analytics consent using the site’s privacy controls.
Event information and external links
Event details are collected from public organizer, venue, ticketing, and other event sources, and may include names, dates, locations, descriptions, and source links. We use the information to operate the listings, help people find events, and correct or remove inaccurate records. When you follow an external link, the destination provider receives your request and handles your information under its own privacy terms. Some event links may include basic referral campaign parameters that identify Miastivo and the link placement.
Miastivo currently labels a FREETOUR.com link as an affiliate link; if you book through it, Miastivo may earn a commission. The external service or its affiliate network may use referral tracking after you leave Miastivo. Other outbound links are labeled where relevant.
How information is used and shared
We use information to display event pages, remember your preferences, keep the service secure, understand aggregate usage when you consent to analytics, respond to messages, and maintain event listings. We use service providers for website hosting and, when enabled, Google Analytics. Some pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and interface code from unpkg; those providers may receive technical request information when your browser downloads those assets. We do not sell your contact details. We do not create user accounts or take payments on this site.
Retention
Preference data remains for the durations shown above unless you clear it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to the applicable Google Analytics property settings. Event listings may remain while useful as current or historical event information. Messages are kept as long as needed to respond, maintain a record of the request, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are kept according to the hosting and security settings used to operate the site.
Your choices and rights
You can reject analytics, change your analytics choice, clear cookies or local storage, and use your browser’s privacy controls. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may submit privacy requests using the Contact form. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Children and policy updates
Miastivo is a general event guide and is not designed to collect information from children. We may update this policy when site features or practices change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
